Join Shelly Jacobs, Adjunct Professor of Psychology, to explore the basics of happiness. This week’s talk will cover gratitude and joy. Joyous living increases health, and gratitude has been shown to increase an individual’s chances of surviving cancer and other illnesses.

Does your relationship have some elements that are hindering growth and intimacy? Come participate in this interactive class and learn some practical steps to make your relationship even better!

Parenting: Parenting with a plan. Being a parent is tough work, especially when you aren’t sure how to best address difficulties that arise. For problematic behavior, poor grades, unhealthy use of technology (or anything else), you can have a plan! Come learn some foundational guidelines to build a practical system in your home to address your concerns in a way that is positive and gets everyone on the same page.
