Help Desk Services
For information on how to submit a support request please review the following document: Net Support. The Help Desk ticketing system is our primary method of contact for IT support requests. All support requests must have an associated Help Desk ticket. If you are unable to open a ticket for any reason, please call CTS at 9738 and a technician will assist with ticket generation. The Help Desk system can be accessed from any computer on campus including the lab in the Library. If you need to visit the CTS office for any support related issues, the primary contact will be the Help Desk technician seated at the first workstation in our office. All support requests will be processed on a priority basis. Not all requests will be resolved immediately and will be prioritized according to scope, severity, security, available workarounds and mission of the College. The CTS department will make all efforts to address each support request in a timely manner. We thank you and greatly appreciate your cooperation.
