Library News & Announcements
Library Cards Required December 14th: Our online checkout system will be down for maintenance on December 14th. The backup system does not allow us to look up patron numbers, so a valid library card must be presented in order to check out or renew material. The system will be back up on December 15th. The check in date for material returned on the 14th will be backdated to the 14th when it is checked in on the 15th.
Extended hours are coming! The library will be open longer beginning December 5th to help you prepare for finals.
This month’s Fire Reading Dragons selections are:
- Follow the River by James Alexander Thom
- Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut
- The Secret History by Donna Tartt
- Killing… by Bill O’Reilly (Reader’s choice of any book in the “Killing” series)
The next meeting will be Friday, November 18th, at 5:00 pm at the Mat-Su Family Restaurant. New members are welcome.
Welcome! Whether you need to research a topic or find a good place to study, we have you covered. Please drop by and let us know how we can help you this semester.
Group study rooms are available: Groups of 3 or more students and can reserve one of the library’s study rooms for up to three hours. Reservations are made at the circulation desk.
For Sale: Items withdrawn from the library’s collection are available for sale for $2.00/each. See a library staff member for details. We also have Princeton files available for $2.00. They are very handy for organizing magazines or similar items.
