Learn a meditation technique with very simple instructions at this Arctic Dragon approved event and get your field guide stamped. Join us to learn about various styles of meditation and the historical basis of meditation in the world wisdom traditions of east and west.
There will be in-class meditation, followed by discussion, question and answers, and resources for future exploration.
