Adelina Rodriguez has over 10 years of experience working in higher education. Her experience includes graduate and undergraduate recruitment, academic advising and retention efforts for undergraduate students. She has taught a course designed as an introduction to the university and its resources with an emphasis on development of academic and personal skills that enable freshmen to become successful learners.
Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in Education and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from New Mexico State University (NMSU). She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Online Teaching Certificate from NMSU.
