  1. Apply for Financial Aid & Scholarships Apply early each year for access to federal, state, and institutional funds.
  2. Submit Placement Testing Scores – Schedule a placement test or send current ACT/SAT scores to us for English & Math placement.
  3. Set Up Advising Appointments – Academic, Financial Aid, and Career Advisors are available year round to help you make the most of your college career.
  4. Register for Classes – Registration secures your seat in the classes needed for your degree. Plan to register early for best choice of classes.
  5. Confirm Financial Aid – Follow the steps to verify that your financial aid and scholarships are on track.
  6. Buy Textbooks – Buy books through our virtual bookstore or on campus.
  7. Attend New Student Orientation (NSO) – Plan to attend NSO your first semester. Offered each fall and spring semester.
  8. Budget Costs & Fee Payment – College is a significant investment of time and money.
  9. Obtain a Student ID – Obtain your student ID card (WOLFCard) from Student Services beginning on the first day of the semester.
  10. Check Your Student Email – Check your student email account for important updates.
