The Computer Systems Technology program has 26 students registered for the USA/Canada Post-Secondary 2012 NetRiders competition.  12 Students from CISCO 3 and 14 Students from CISCO 1.  Matanuska-Susitna College is the only academy from ALASKA to be competing this year.  This competition is open to all States int the United States and all the Providences in Canada

On Monday, October 22 and Tuesday, October 23 the CISCO 1 and 3 classes started  the competition.

Cisco Networking Academy NetRiders competitions utilize Cisco’s technologies to create an interactive networking skills contest that enhances classroom learning, unites students from across the world, and promotes further technology education and training.

Organized by Cisco, these competitions are a great opportunity for Networking Academy students to learn valuable Networking/IT skills through a series of online exams and simulation activities.
