Disco dancing
You completed our four week Let's Dance - Intro to Social Dance class. Now you are ready to go on adding new steps and dances. This class will continue by working on social dance steps. Cha Cha, Waltz, and Disco will be practiced. We will also continue to learn and add more steps to Puttin’ on the Ritz. Continuing with the Tango and the Fox Trot, we will work on the Swing during these four weeks.

Sounds like we have a lot of Dance to work on, but REMEMBER, Dance is a workout for the brain as much as the body. It requires learning choreography, spatial awareness, and rhythm, which can improve memory. Dance is a practice in focusing solely on the movement and music. We keep it easy to learn, so LET’S GO and GET MOVIN’. This class meets once a week for four weeks. Each session is 90 minutes.
