Disability Support
Notice! Starting this Fall 2025 the MatSu College is moving to use the AIM system for all Faculty Notification letters. This provides a One-Stop-Shop for all your classes.
Begin by:
- Logging into your AIM account to request your accommodations. Use yoursingle sign-on (the same credentials you use to gain access to UAOnline, Blackboard or your email).
- In the Box labeled Accommodation Request for FALL 2025 click the plus sign
- You will see each of your semester classes - click each one and then the dialog box for ‘Continue to Next Step’
- For each class, pick the accommodations that you are wanting
- then click ‘Submit Request’
- You will receive a courtesy copy of the Faculty Notification Letters once it has been emailed to the Instructor of Record; typically, a few days before the first day of instruction
- If, during the semester, you need to revise your accommodation you chose initially for a class, you only need return to AIM to ‘Modify Your Request.’
- Remember to: Communicate with your MatSu College professor regarding testing, if appropriate. Schedule any in-person exams you need to be proctored at our campus Learning Resource Center.
