At Mat-Su College, students can earn an Associate of Arts (AA), Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, an Undergraduate Certificates or Occupational Endorsement Certificates. As an extended college of the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), students can easily transition to complete a bachelor’s degree. For current high school students or graduates who have never attended college.
For applicants who have attended college after earning a high school diploma or GED.
The admission requirements for military and veteran applicants are the same as any other transfer student. UAA accepts credits from Joint Services Transcript (JST), which includes Officer and Warrant Officer training, joint military training conducted by other services, DANTES funded test scores, and the Air University/Community College of the Air Force.
For students who want to take courses without plans to pursue a degree
For students who have not graduated high school.
For Mat-Su Borough School District students who would like to apply as a Mat-Su Middle College student

  • Tuition

  • Financial Aid

    To be considered for financial aid, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and list Mat-Su College as your school choice, with Federal School Code 011462.

PARKING

All parking lots at Mat-Su College are open to the public at NO COST. Any regular, unmarked parking spot is available for visitors, students, instructors, and staff to use for free.
