Campus Advertising Review and Approval Policy

The college requires that all advertising internal and external be reviewed and approved by Marketing and Communications. Approval is required for display and classified advertising in newspapers and other print publications, and for advertising on radio, television, and other venues.

All clubs, departments, committees, or individuals at Mat-Su College who wish to promote an event, initiative, or information through posters, flyers, or other marketing materials must submit them to the Marketing and Communications Department for approval before distribution. This process ensures that all materials align with college branding, messaging, accessibility, and policy standards.

Submissions are reviewed for clarity, professionalism, and compliance with college guidelines. To allow enough time for review and potential revisions, materials should be submitted at least one week before the intended distribution date. For questions or to submit materials, email the Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
