Your Payment Plan Options

Students with current balances can sign up for a payment plan and choose to pay the balance in 5, 4 or 3 monthly payments over the course of the semester. If you sign up prior to the payment deadline, you will avoid up to $300 in late fees!

Payment plans are available to students admitted to a UAA campus degree or non-degree seeking program.

  • A non-refundable $65 plan enrollment fee is required at the time of payment plan enrollment
  • A down payment equal to a monthly installment is required at the time of payment plan enrollment, followed by scheduled, equal monthly payments due on the 10th of the month
  • The payment plan automatically adjusts to reflect changes made to the student account due to new charges and credits
  • Financial Aid, Waivers, and Third-Party payments will reduce monthly installment amounts; other payments made outside of the payment plan will apply to the next scheduled installment
  • Outstanding balances from prior terms will be included in the payment plan balance
  • Late or missed installment payments will incur a $25 late fee
  • If the balance is paid in full prior to the scheduled payment plan end date and new charges are later added, scheduled monthly installments will automatically resume

Payment plans are available to students admitted to MSC campus programs, as well as MSC campus non-degree seeking students. MSC offers 6 and 12-month payment plan options to assist students with satisfying their past due balance from prior terms over a specified period of time. Past due balance plans are available after the last date to enroll in a current semester payment plan. Enrollment in a past due balance payment plan is at the discretion of MSC Collections  and does not release the financial hold on the account or prevent the PFD garnishment process until the balance is paid in full.

  • A non-refundable $75 plan enrollment fee is required at the time of payment plan enrollment
  • A 10% down payment is required at the time of payment plan enrollment, followed by 5 or 11 scheduled, equal monthly payments due on the same date of original enrollment (i.e. if enrolled in the payment plan on the 12th of the month, installment payments are due on the 12th of every month)
  • The 12-month payment plan requires a minimum balance of $500. There is no minimum balance for the 6-month payment plan.
  • All outstanding charges from prior terms are included in the payment plan balance
  • The payment plan automatically adjusts to reflect changes made to the student account due to new charges and credits
  • Financial Aid, Waivers, and Third-Party payments will reduce monthly installment amounts; other payments made outside of the payment plan will apply to the next scheduled installment
  • Late or missed installment payments will incur a $25 late fee
  • Accounts with two consecutive missed installment payments may be removed from the payment plan
